Job and Duties, Responsibilities:
Our radio sales department is a commission-based and salary-based department. You will be in charge of handling our customers and clientele for the NSF Radio Station Ad's campaign. You will be in charge of deployment new sales and building, closing new deals every day. You will be in charge of signing your contracts and filling, filing all your paperwork to close any deals. We have to set up meetings and handle anything that is needed to keep the client happy. That means setting up resources to help make their business or brand stay at the top of their field. You will work with our production teams in the field, to help their spotlight business POP!
Payment:
When you work for our sales team, you will be paid reimbursement pay and salary pay every two weeks. As long as you have all your receipts and keep your paperwork in order. You will be paid, $150.00 to $200.00 every two weeks. Plus, we will reimburse you for gas, car insurance, and job food expenses for meetings. When you close any deal, contract, or agreement, you will be paid a sales commission of 20% of the total sales. Plus, a one-time $50.00 closing fee on every deal.
